VR Treasures is the creator of the original line of collectible enameled Christmas ornaments and decorative pieces in the style of work of Peter Carl Faberge –the famous jeweler to the last Russian Czar. Our pieces are all created by hand and original from the designs we first draw freehand and then our professional artists transfer the imagination of the company owners onto the enameled ornaments. Each piece is created by hand from start to finish and may take hours to complete. Our designs are applied in thin copper wire to a copper mold and fired at very high temperatures. Then the layers of liquid enamel paint are applied by the artists and fired over again. The pieces are then plated with a thin layer of 14k gold to complete a beautiful creation that will last a lifetime.

Faberge Collection is inspired by the intricate patterns of Russian art and architecture of the Middle Ages. You can even see similar patterns in fork Russian dress and head dress of the past centuries. This collection of course also reflects the famous eggs of Peter Faberge that he created for the last Russian Czar and Czarina and their children. You will truly enjoy seeing these pieces on your Christmas tree or on display in your home as a collectible item.

Floral Collection is a reminiscent of the Russian folk art that can be seen on the famous hand painted Russian lacquered boxes as well as on Russian wool scarves. Floral patterns can also be seen in the architecture of such masterpiece as St. Basil’s Cathedral the interior walls of which were originally hand painted in beautiful floral patterns. We also included a set of patterns with birds images this year to reflect many request of our devoted customers.

Gold Collection this year is limited to only a few items and bears a look of the ancient Russian metal arts that can be seen in some of the ancient icons, folk art of the metal serving treys and even in some of the lavish interior decorations of the famous palaces of St. Petersburg.

Christmas Collection this year is pure joy and brings you scenes from a Russian village as well as pure Christmas images like Santa and Angel. We are also offering a special pattern this year as part of the Christmas Collection to celebrate the year of the Mouse (2008) according to the ancient Chinese calendar.

And finally the Shapes Collection brings you an array of different fun Holiday shapes like Santa and Nutcracker as well as beautiful collectibles like teapots, humming birds and butterflies… We are also offering many popular animal shapes like Kitty cats and leaping frogs and teddy bears to bring fun and variety to your home collection.
